Get ready to start the day with our resident workout GORL, Hike Guide Audrey Tyau. You'll start with a 3-mile out-and-back urban hike + break out for a mid-hike 20-minute bodyweight workout in the park! Don't let the description fool you though, this workout is open to ALL skill levels. No equipment is needed but feel free to bring water and a yoga mat (if you donβt want to be in the grass). Additional water, coffee, and snacks will be provided. Sign up if you're down for a fun, challenging, early morning with the Clerb!
